Student Representation
We regularly represent university students charged with a variety of offenses ranging from drug and alcohol related charges to disorderly conduct, riot and assault in municipal, state, and federal courts. The stigma of a criminal conviction can be career limiting. With that in mind, we are often able to resolve cases in such a way to avoid a criminal conviction or significantly lessen the seriousness of the conviction. We also assist clients in setting aside records of arrest, expunging convictions, seeking executive clemency, and pardons.
