Our goal in every criminal case is to secure our client's liberty and resolve the case to the client's satisfaction. To achieve these ends, it is vitally important that we be employed at the very earliest stage in a case. This ensures the client's rights are preserved and often allows us to control how the case proceeds particularly as it relates to bail and pretrial release. If we are unable to secure a dismissal of charges or other resolution satisfactory to the client pretrial, we aggressively and tirelessly defend the client at trial.
